These early access terms are intentionally plain-language and not a full lawyer-approved agreement. Contact us if your organization needs written terms for sensitive datasets, enterprise controls, or private deployment.

Your uploads

You are responsible for having the rights to upload data to CounterFact. Minimize and anonymize data before upload whenever possible. Do not upload prohibited, regulated, or highly sensitive data unless we have agreed to that in writing.

Starter access

Free Starter workspaces have usage, storage, upload, retention, and concurrency limits. We may change limits, pause access, suspend abusive accounts, or discontinue early access features as the product evolves.

Evaluation results

CounterFact evaluation results are decision-support output, not a guarantee that a policy is correct, fair, legal, or sufficient for production use. You should validate results and use your own judgment before deploying policy or operational changes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with other users, upload malicious files, or use CounterFact for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
